Okay now I'm hungry...

I do not love cooking, but my husband does (although he loves gardening more, so in this season of the year there's often plenty to eat but not much prepared!). Gender roles schmender roles. I love reading about what you love.

Quite. And I’m a pastor. It’s just…people.

Impressive, Robert! 👍 Those meals look delicious and flavorful. Yum! 😋 I also enjoy cooking. I have several different sources I draw from. The internet is good for that! One I routinely come back to for comfort and nostalgia is Ree Drummond, *The Pioneer Woman*. 👩‍🍳

Same here, I love getting lost in cooking. Taking it slow and watching the magic. I’m originally a Memphis born girl and my family has some great southern dishes they have passed down. It’s the process more than the results. Yes, God is always present. Cheers Robert!

"Being in my small kitchen all alone liberates me. When I cook, I become entranced in almost a meditative state as my anxieties, fears, and tensions slowly fade away. This meditation comes with preparation though! I get comfortable in my cooking outfit. I usually turn on my vinyl player, or an audiobook, or a podcast and allow myself the gift of play."

Very good...

I also love cooking, but as a mom of 4, also think some days that we should just fast and take a break already! Love this.

Lovely meditation today. I have yet to find the thing that inspires me like cooking does for you. But I'm looking.

Cooking heals my aching heart. Nothing else does what cooking can do for me. I am in my happy place when in the kitchen and I can 'be' whilst I 'do' whereas so much of my life it's the other way around.

I would looooove the sheer honor of tasting your cooking. I have no doubt it is beyond-words good. And the way I am HAPPY seeing my book I your hands! 💙💙💙
